   i can hear there's manual control of the pitch of the riser towards the end but in general what are the oscillators made of, is it saw? detuned? is there a bit of pulse too?

   Supersaw-ish. Pitchbend automation. Add in some fast automation to make it more vibrato (fast pitchbend modulation, like sineLFO on pitch), or add another sineLFO that controls just the vibrato part and automate the vibrato amount.
