There was a binary (exe) file there when it was forbidden. I sent several links with presets only here and it was never a problem.

You are right, better wait for some confirmation. Just said that because we were sharing files here before for a while and at some point, Oly (RIP!) said it was forbidden. Probably because there was an executable file (malware) inside Rodger's shared directory. After that, I remember a couple of links was sent here by me and others (MaxSxB?) and it was all good as there was only preset files without any malware.

 

It was not about executable. That guy who used to do it, he could still continue updates with just a library file, but he was discouraged and prevented by Oly mod to proceed on Audiosex forum, so he abandoned it altogether: exe, library, everything. He just quit for good. Even on sister site he wouldn't go on, even though ppl asked him. And that library only contained freeware stuff, all legit.

Now imagine this, on the other hand. It won't be easy on the uploader at all.

Public links will be taken down so often, constant reuploads will only bring more PITA. No win-win situation for any of the sides. People will be moanin' links are taken down, asking to reup again and again, it's a vicious circle. No fun in that!

Dirty Tones Done Dirt Cheap, you got it. Just so everyone is aware I am moving to a folder share vs sharing individual updates. So you will have one link and can check that for updates. I am going to start a new thread when I do that so this one doesn't keep going off-topic with this. I will send out the links to everyone I have already sent to as well. I intend to do that this weekend, Monday at the latest when I have update #5 ready to go.

Is there a way to get a working ToneNet (it's an online cloud with free user captures) on the pirated Tonex from Audioz?

There is a free Tonex CS, but it's limited to 20 capture downloads, Tonex Max is the best variant avaiable at Audioz, but it doesn't have a working ToneNet.
