Yeah, I think my initial assessment was incorrect, as @clone correctly pointed out in a comment after, I was probably just getting cached versions of the page, as when I read the news I just went downstairs to another machine to check, and I didn't do any real interaction with it, so my guess was obviously wrong given further explanation by SAiNT and everyone else. Sorry to mislead!
