What sound? Where in the 11:15 would help?

Most vst synths can produce those sounds, you just got to work with the synth and sometimes add other fx on the channel strip.

 

He said "this type of SYNTH" not "sound". It's an Ensoniq ASR-10 see here on VintageSynth.com

It's like a combo synth+sampler. Although I don't know of any particular virtual instruments or Kontakt libraries that are a direct copy, there's bound to be something like it out there.
