    I'm learning control the dynamic range of multiple audio tracks. Share your knowledge, what is the best way to compress, who has worked with podcasts, to what level did you compress?

    It depends. Is it just speech or a mix of speech and music? How long is the podcast - or rather, how long are the speeches in one piece? The longer the speeches, the more dynamic I would leave the material.
