I need clarification

Pexels video site supposed has "free videos" for anyone to use. As soon you join the site it says "
The best free stock photos, royalty free images & videos shared by creators.

But when you read the terms it says

• You cannot use any of the Content as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name or service mark.

it also says
In addition to the Prohibited Uses, please be aware that certain Content (including CC0 Content) may be subject to additional intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, design rights), moral rights, proprietary rights, property rights, privacy rights or similar. This includes but is not limited to identifiable people, logos, brands of all kinds (whether two- or three- dimensional), goods or services, buildings and architecture, audio or video samples and organisations.

so as far i understand...if u' released your music online under an artist name you cannot use the videos..........?

So its not really free... if so, and having to read terms to find that out, is not cool.

is there any site that videos are free for people releasing music under an artist name to use for their releases?

Summarized : you can use their content as "filler" for your products BUT NOT as trademark (logo,brand ...).
Because in this situation, content creator could ask you royalties afterward.

Example : you can use a photo or video for your music BUT NOT to create your band logo.

Don't overstress about it, you can use it to make videoclips for your music or social media post, practically anything you can imagine besides using someones face as the cover of your next canned soup product.
