at how many LUFS before applying mastering plugin/limiter?

    at how many integrated LUFS is good to be before applying mastering plugin/limiter?

    20 is good? and aiming for 14LUFS through the mastering plugin?

    There is no target for a mix, as all music is different. Same goes for mastering - there is no target (especially not-14LUFSi).

    The target (or reference) is for the streaming platforms. NOT for YOU. You've got it all backwards.

    Additionally: LUFS as every other metering does not hold any objective qualitative value. So who goes for it because of making the music better per se, is on the wrong track.
