Hey man, loving the app, but every time I upload some of my song lyrics from songs that i've recorded, suno.ai performs the songs better than me in styles and cadences that I would have never come up with on my on!

 

@curtified just tried out the audio upload. great fun!

are there plans to ever have stems downloads? also, will the vocals every be less grainy / wonky? the melodies are great, but the quality is still lacking.

Today this sounds as a prophecy...

 

The only thing I saw from these AI music production platforms was their excessive use of frequency and pitch shifting and slicing algorithms. Downloading other people's songs illegally then cutting and changing their pitches and bringing all the parts to the random keys.
And another thing they do is converting machine-made text to speech based on imitated vocals.
And because they do all these clumsily, the final product is not of good quality.
Artificial intelligence in the field of music production cannot be more creative than this. Any new generation of AI that comes, will perform the same algorithms improvingly with a little more quality, otherwise the basis of the work is the same.

Not in technical details but in the improvement rate and what already can do.

 

those 60 second, mind boggling, capture the DNA of the voice if they are clean, then any voice can sing any language any text,any style , still restricted,long way from perfection , but the result unbelievable ;) , what a time...

 

They are gonna choose, as previous has their ones. From the Beatles to Tik tok... To what the heck AI brings to us.
Also I don't believe in an uniform mass of people. Some of them will choose human arte generated forever in the future, as an opposition to the comercial artificial forms of art. The problem is how to distinguish this two forms of art, as consumers. Now you think you have enough taste to distinguish, later it will be more and more hard. Until one day, nobody will know it unless is signed or proved in some way. Maybe NFTs trend come back to the resque.
