Hi all!

I've installed Toontrack EZbass. The plugin opens all right in Logic, but I'm stuck with the authorization process (see image).

In the Patched.dmg file, there's a R2R folder, and in it the Toontrack_KeyGen.exe file, that is supposed to get me the code I need.

I've opened it on a Windows laptop I have (Mac user here), but Windows says there's a virus in it and the file, which was on a USB key, disappeared.

I'm stuck there, don't know what to do.

Pertaining to windows;
From where did you grab the release? R2R doesn't release things with viri in them. On the extremely slim chance there actually IS some sort of malware in the file you grabbed it would totally depend on where you grabbed it from. Just FYI, running scene releases while connected to internet and also running Antivirus, firewalls, OS updaters, etc will almost certainly buzzkill your experience. If you got the release from a proper web source or private torrent (not publicly open P2P or torrent) then the A/V you're running or some other autonomous "service" probably false triggered and nuked your file. Disconnect from internet and turn OFF all a/v, autonomous updater services and the like and try the keygen again.
