Although I've not played in a good long while now, Othello was my game of choice for about 20 years and I never lost a game...ever. I was a mindless machine and just put down the piece where it needed to be. It was weird.

 

Strip Parcheesi was quite popular on weekends before the internets destroyed polite society. always kept a box or two at the hunting cabin to keep things interesting between slaying beasts and healing hangovers...

 

This is so beautiful! I love old board games. I also like playing Dixit.

 

When life seems full of Chaos a quick game of Monotony, will help to level out the peaks and valleys...

 

Just picked up Clue at a local thrift store.

 

Get a piece of cardboard. Three cards to play 3 card Monte. Or a pair of dice for craps, and let the games begin. Everyday I'm hustlin'!!! LOL.

 

I hate Othello. I had it on cartridge on my old snes and I never win

Oh, and let's not forget about spider solitaire! It's the ultimate solo game when you're just chilling and need to pass the time. Plus, nothing beats the feeling of finally winning after what feels like a million failed attempts. Pure satisfaction, my friend.
