    copy paste what exactly? if it's text - Microsoft SwiftKey on Android or the MS Link to Windows app if you need text+more. Enable Clipboard history and Clipboard sync on Windows.

    just drag it from your android folder to a folder on pc.

    enable file transfer on your phone with the usb cord plugged into the phone and pc , then it should register as a external storage device kinda.
    go into it and find what you need

    If you want to copy files without a cable there is a program called AirDroid which you can use.

    You can share a folder in PC then use browser like ES file explorer and transfer files with WIFI.
