im definitely working on being less of a fuckboy with women; but this song, BRUH lol - the amount of passion he sings with over seeing a girl with a fat ass, looking good in her jeans, is just so funny to me. it wouldnt be funny if he was trying to be funny, why its funny; is because hes deadass serious

like the imagery is great, which helps make his lusting so funny. theres a bridge section where theres like a vocal harmony, singing about all these different types of womens jean brands of the time - hes like soloing over it a gospel style, about how much he loves seeing it. it just creates this funny imagery of like a TV show montage of nice booty’s in jeans, and him just losing his shit lol

then like the guitar in the chorus, it helps convey this feeling of being stunned and mesmerized, by the rest between the chords and how it like it drops down into this dreamy major 7th chord; that like has the top strings fall out of phase. its pretty clever and well thought out pop songwriting for R&B. but above all its one of the funniest songs
