    You do that. It is plainly obvious you are smarter and more knowledgeable than three different specialists in their field because you had a conversation one time with someone that knew a bit on dietary effects of different substances.

    However, please don't put words in my mouth, it is a disservice to those gullible enough to not be able to tell the difference.

    MD here. "You're fat" because of carbs. Loose the carbs: sugar, potatoes, bread, rice and pasta.
    Fat (meat and fish fat, olive oil) doesn't make you fat, sugar does.

    Talk to your doctor about fasting.
