referring to the effect(s) applied to the rhodes/EP in the beginning:

I'm guessing that there's pitch shifting involved in the delay but couldn't figure it out as I had never used a delay with pitch modulation before

or is it just a plain 1/2 delay with the higher pitched keys also being inputs?

 

i only listen at laptop and the music and the mix make me depressive.

but from the little bit i do hear, those higher notes are just that, higher notes, not pitched echoes. they are just played less loud.

 

i didn't listen very carefully but from what i heard, this sounds similar.
