Apart from the fact that this sucks, the only solution I can think of is to buy them via someone who doesn't live in a sanctioned country (friend, family).

I tried giving you a free link to it, but it got deleted. They deemed it to be warez. It was just a link from a well known free book site. With a little effort it isn't hard to find. My apologies to the site for the violation. It wasn't intentional.
