Very sad news. I was shocked. I was very deeply moved.
Even though I didn't know him well, for me it's like a brother departed (and here we're all kind of brothers).
I chatted with him several times when I sent stuff that he posted it for me. As I got to know him, he was a wonderful and selfless person. Always attentive to everything.
I feel very sorry for the family. And this community has lost one of its important pillars.

I've been away for a few days just to read this! Just unbelievable.

I feel with Oly's wife and son and wish them strength in this difficult time.

I can only imagine the influence Oly had on the character of AS. It definitely won't be the same without him.
There are people who are simply irreplaceable, and Oly was one of them. Sadly, most of the time you only realize that when they are gone.

Wherever you are now my friend, I hope you enjoyed your life to the fullest so that you can rest in peace.

Oly was a beloved leader in our community and a good human. He will be deeply missed. My deepest condolences to his family and closest friends.

For all those years I've seen all the work he was doing and thought to myself where could I find that kind of motivation, he helped us so much.

i am at a loss for words, my condolences to his family and friends and of course the degenerates of this forum. he really was one of the most levelheaded persons/moderators with a de-escalation skill some US cops could learn a lot from. Rest in peace, or in disturbing the peace with some noise.

Life seems so unfair sometimes, but life is just life. it doesn't care about fair or unfair.
life is life. and it will end, cherish each day you have with your loved ones, don't let stupid arguments stand in the way
