I can't believe it. He was everywhere: in the forum, releases, comments, P.M's...

A very, very big loss. Even in such a difficult time, he continued to help unconditionally. Oly was always polite. He would always return even my stupidest questions and messages. I am very, very sorry for our loss.

His legacy will live on forever.

If you ever encountered a wise man, an old man siting in the woods silent , talking only when needed, but sharing his wisdom in just a few words, you would understand what Oly was to this forum. I still can't swallow the news. Often I would feel that I gain something just by reading his response to another person's question. You didn't got to have a direct conversation with Olymoon to gain something. I always felt like he was the spirit of democracy (pure democracy , not today's shit) in this forum. He would only talk when needed and always with an answer that would end an argument of others but in an informative way. His knowledge was great. I didn't know he was fighting this shit that took apart half of my family and also didn't know anything about his family or relatives. But if his son and wife read this, I would like you to know (of course you knew him better than the rest of us) that even if you ever felt for the slightest part that he wasn't there for you, I assure you he was. Silently but always there.Just like he did in this forum. You don't have to meet someone in person to know his quality. Just by his behaviour in a forum like this, you can imagine what kind of person he is. I still can't believe the news and I feel like if we ever had a gathering somewhere , all of us here would agree to keep an empty seat for respect in his memory. Remember family, our beloved ones never leave if we keep them in our hearts.

I cannot get this information into my brain, I'm shocked.
We shared hundrets of messages in private and he always helped me getting my projects ready for the community,
even provided me stuff he put money in. This is the greatest loss of the year for me.

Very sorry to hear of Olymoon's passing. Very thankful for the work he did here in keeping things respectable. I wish now I would have taken the time to let him know his efforts around here were very appreciated! I recall just seeing a recent post where two posters were kinda bickering at each other, and thought to myself at the time how wonderfully Oly handled that.

Anyways, my condolences to everyone, as we all lost a brother! And special condolences to his family and close friends.
