Hi,

I would like to write a composition with notes out of the songs I've recorded.
To write down the melodies and chords I use Sibelius Ultimate on my Mac, where Audioscore Light is integrated, but it's not good enough for my needs.
Do you have something for me that is at least as good as Audioscore Ultimate and that I can use for free or as a crack?
It would be good if the software could transform mp3 and/or wav and midi into notation.
I don't really understand why I couldn't find a solution to this through google. It seems like this question has been asked about ten years ago. Why not anymore? Am I missing out on a very obvious solution?

I was wondering this too lately! I had used something but the result was really bad (forgot which one it was)

 

perhaps ripx does fullfill your needs. convert from ripx to a midi file and then use a score app.

 

Songmaster Pro does it too, don't know the quality though I haven't got time to test it. Only drums cannot be converted to midi with it.

I agree. Separate instruments and then audio-to-midi. You could use Melodyne for the audio-to-midi step in case RipX can't handle it well.
