what kind of harp / marimba is this?

    Not totally sober over here ATM, but to me it sounds like a xylophone, or more probably some synth emulating a xylophone.

    check out the posted tuts on Chromaphone(AudioZ)...its a specialised percussion synth doing these kinds of sounds really well...has up to 32 notes poly and is extremely teakable...in fact the very first preset is called "Fairmount Marimba"... :wink:
