Kontakt 7 library succesfully added but not showing in side panel

    Hi I have following problem with Kontakt 7.8.0 full options bob dule 29/01/2024.
    Sometimes when I add library the "Add library program" shows message that library was added but it is not visible in Kontakt side panel.
    I have checked it in the "Manage library" and it is not there.
    I have checked RegEdit and there is one entry for this library but two other are missing.
    I have tried to add reg entries manually - no efect

    Can somebody advice how to fix it. I have searched the posts but found only one similar with no clear answer

    One more info - checked for SNPID duplication
