I'm new to Virus synth world (thanks to Osirus).
There are a BUNCH of soundbanks ... and i'm not going to test them all.

Some suggestions for those specific music styles ?

 

i used to own one (a B) but can't really specify any soundbanks apart from the icon of coil signature soundbank. i know there are several standard TI presets that combichrist used and a few B and C presets that velvet acid christ used. which ones i cant say but you'll know when you hear it.

i can recommend diving into the microwave XT version of the emulator when it's released. VNV nation, NIN, feindflug, statik sky and a whole bunch of others have used this on quite a few albums.

but i'd look into unison and detune for your leads and such.

I think i will concentrate on soundbanks with audio demos.
So i can get a global idea.

Wish we will see Microwave XT and Ostirus fully working soon
