Has anyone else experienced snail paced speeds with Rapidgator??

I just changed ISP and upgrade to a 100/40 connection instead of 50/20 and right now I'm downloading at 120KiB/s through JDownloader.

Yet if I download a torrent I get full speeds.

Anyone else having this problem?? Or is there some other issue that is out there that I didn't hear about?

That sometimes happens to me downloading from YouTube, like 100k instead of 3-6mb

Earlier today I was getting normal Rapidgator speeds

I have been using RG for 10 years and it is a reliable and fast file hosting service. In general, download speeds are reasonable to fast but almost always available. Don't forget that your own speed heavily depends on your provider and how this stream (collection points and multiple users in your area) is reaching your IP-address.

Saw their premium prices. Not bad at all. And they support all those file hosts with no restrictions???

 

I've used RD for years. They have a 'fair usage limit' policy on some hosts but it resets next day. I can't remember the limit for RG but it's pretty damn high. I've only exceeded it a couple of times.

 

Been using RG as a premium user for more than 8 years and pretty much always get a solid 120-140 MB/s downloads on the large files.

Sure there have been times where RG has been down but as far as download speed I have never had an issue whilst being a Premium member.
