Nature hates us. The universe's sole job is to destroy us, ours is to resist. Its a simple philosphy that cuts out all the wandering thoughts and allow one to carry on..

looked at the manual - that software is new to me so I cant give any specifics. The only thing I would say is trace your routing starting at the channel in cubase. If it goes to main stereo-outs then go into the audio setup and ensure you have the stereo outs pointing to the 2 different inputs to your audio device and both are activated. if it goes to a group check the group. If anywhere in the chain it hits a single chanel it will strip out the right audio.
change the asio driver then put oit back again and check everything. If its not showing a stereo out in cubase I think thats where the routing isue is happening. If you change it to the generic asio driver and it works then it's that software I have not used probably.

all tracks are going to stereo out
in audio connections inputs , bus name stereo in left and right, under speakers tab it says stereo, under audio device tab it says asio saffire, under device port tab it says Pro24 IP1 for left and IP2 for right
on the outputs tab all the same apart from device port which is Pro24 Mon1 for left and Mon2 for right
thats the way its always been..
i changed to generic asio and still same scenario
im not sure when this all started, but i know i def used panning before in last 10 years!

Sorry - i hate things like this lol. I guess by now you've reinstalled all the drivers. You are getting stereo from playing mp3s through the same device right?

not sure if u read all messages or not. i play van morrison brown eyed girl thru youtube and im not getting the stereo info from lead guitar at start of it.because the guitar is panned so hard its barely audible.but im getting full volume from both sides of speakers headphones

well check that off of that written trouble shooting list you are using. and move to the next item..

Do you have Reaper? if not download and install it. you can delete it after troubleshooting.
use the default windows sound device in your setup, not your interface or any other options.

create 2 tracks, windows has lots of .wav files if you don't have any mp3, which if you are using youtube for troubleshooting audio, I'm guessing is your situation, - load a wav file in track 1, load a different wav file in track 2. play them to make sure they work.

then pan track1 right and track 2 left and see what you get on playback..

    file, new project
    then either
    1. Insert, media file or
    2.Track, Insert new track
and then drag and drop your wav files on the tracks
    or
INSERT, media file, which will add it to whatever track is highlighted.

saffire mix control2.jpg saffire mix control.jpg
You should have 2 channels 1 (Left) and 2 (Right) Outputs which can be linked with the link button in between channels on the mixer.

Where you show DAW 1 is that Input or Output?
I used to have Saffire Pro 40 and the DSP one a long time ago and think the Focusrite higher end models use the same Mix Control Software.

Here's a video that may help

Whatever your output cables are connected to on the Saffire OUTPUT channel 1 & 2 or 3 & 4 so although I not used Reaper it should have Saffire 1 Output (L) and Saffire 2 Output (R).
Use Focusrite ASIO if there is one there
