There is an easy way if you are unsure. Someone suggested you read the forum rules but you got that.
Moderators are generally very helpful. Message one with:
"Am I allowed to start a thread with...?"
"Am I allowed to say or talk about...?"
The moderators are very busy so do not expect them to immediately reply.
You are not allowed to publicly link to illegal sites, warez sites or sites that are completely disgusting, as in inhumane. Also, do not go on a political tirade or rant. That tends to have the thread closed or banning in many places.

That should help a little

 

For me the problem is already solved but many people here don't understand or simply just want to cause controversy

 

For the greater part it is a helpful community.
The moderators and some people have decades of experience here. If you don't come on here asking everyone for help and then two years later act like you know everything then you won't be treated like a dickhead.
Some people like to pisstake, some people will bait, everyone gets occasionally caught out no matter how intelligent. Just know when to walk away.
