Assuming you mean ROGUE plugin - it sounds like you have one that either unregistered itself or is a demo. If you're using reaper it's relatively easy. Just open your effects panel and disable each effect one by one until you find the ROGUE. It would help to know what DAW you're running...

find a spot where you can hear it, and set your daw markers to play that section in a loop. you could mute anything you have paid for, and anything full version. it probably will not be them. it's going to be a demo version of something, or one that has expired. keep muting stuff until you stop hearing it.

Don't forget but sometimes you can get noise from any plugin that is self-oscillating. usually it isn't white noise, but it's also possible.

if it is a project with a ton of channels, you could create some groups/track stacks, and rule out many channels at one time. then just flatten them when you are done.

Not a definitive answer by any means, but I have experienced this before...any chance you are running a Devious Machines plug-in in your session? I had to uninstall/re-install one of their VSTs, then it was resolved.

Not sure if that will assist in your instance, but it did the job for me :)
