trying to run a file in compatibility for windows 7, inside Windows 11

    i right click on a file, and select compatibility windows 7 for that file
    and when i try access it, it says
    You must use "turn windows features on or off" in the control panel to install or configure Microsoft internet explorer 8.
    Would i be able to do this in windows 11? or i should just use virtualbox?
