One thing that is not mentioned is that your guitar action must be lower than usual, you can not have some areas of the guitar low then higher at the middle and high points ( 12th fret).

The reason is for legato playing and holding down notes, this will be a challenge with bigger gauge strings as they not only buzz more but they need higher action in order not to buzz thus having higher action into the upper sections 7th fret and up past the 12th.

A flat neck fretboard is easier to play than a rounded one, for action it is also easier to setup.

 

If you're not playing live just use chord generators and step sequencing. Filmscores are all pads and drums anyway

 

how do you play a guitar ...not live...

 

Before any investment, try the two (free and paid) plugins above.
If they suit you, you can pay for triple play (witch is VERY nice and open new possibilities with separate strings "virtual" tuning).


You can add midi breath controller or a midi pedal, for expression.

the midi guitar v2 never made it to the sister site so i found it elsewhere. says r2r and comes with the elefanta hosts patch, looks ok, has a lic file, but doesn,t say what to do with it.
all it does is freeze the mouse cursor.
what can i try?

 

download the time limited demo from the original manufacturer website and make sure it works on your computer. you may have a hardware issue or any of a mulititude of problems. start with a vanilla install so you know if the problem is the software or your hardware.

You just found a malware.
That's what happens when you search "elsewhere"...

 

many online virus checkers - good thing to run anything you are unsure of through one. if you know how, open the code in a text editor and look for text strings, alot of hackers like to put their signature in there. Also often they code for a fixed website connection, search for strings beginning "Http" & "Https" - when you find these sorts of things it usually means problems.
By default i name dodgy programs shit.txt (from bestsoftwareever.exe) and trawl thru them with a text editor in asci and hex.

What does that mean? Just because it isn't there now, does not mean anything. That plugin is from 2017. NUMBER : R2R-5825. Probably DMCA'd.

An older version of Sonalksis Stereo Tool also does the same thing with mouse cursor. From a totally different releaser, on Mac. One other bad Mac k of Bitwig 3 actually disables your entire keyboard.

They most likely just missed something. No spyware is going to do something that makes the victim aware of anything like that. They would fix it before they can even get anything.

yeah try the time limited demo from the guys who wrote it. the hack you downloaded might be corrupted. easiest way is to install the demo. if it flakes out, then you have a computer problem. if it plays okay, then you have a bad program...
