which uses less cpu? im on an ancient i7 7700k which works for what i need to do basic two to 4 synth tracks plus drums , vocals and efx i wonder how much cpu does fg-x2 use on my cpu since ozone 11 basically destroys it i cant test fg-x2 again becouse i already tried the 15 day demo but from what i can remember it uses a lot less cpu anyone here has fg-x2 and can compare it to ozone ? so i can know which uses less cpu

 

stop buying plugins start saving for a new cpu. practice making music with what you have in the middle it'll be good for you.

 

use ozone 5. the color scheme will match Insight.

 

i don't really want/need a new cpu at the moment i said i'm fine with what i got i just wanna know if fg-x2 is less cpu consuming than ozone 11 which i assume it is but i want confirmation from someone that has it

 

ozone 5 sounds horrible simply very outdated i found out almost all presets distort my songs i have ozone 5 but it's just not worth using

hey it can be my mixing but ozone 5 sounds hella distorted compared to ozone 11 or fg-x2 i don't have a problem with those so i would say ozone 5 is the culprit here

 

Or maybe the problem is that first you were leaving, made a big announcement about it, offlined day or two, sneak back online, deleted your avatar hoping no one will recognize you and running ozone's limiter too hot..

 

i admit it i came back becouse i had a problem with current and wanted to know how to fix it since i had a big project made with it also i cant kick the habit of coming back here but if it's your wish for me to leave just tell me i also deleted my avatar becouse i cant smoke weed anymore due to abilify maintena injections it s**** alot if you even care about that which i obviously assume you don't
