How to make this 'rhythmic voice'?

    Hello audio friend...
    does anyone know how to make this kind of 'rhythmic voice' that is in time with the beat?

    I think I need just a plugin but I'm not sure which one.

    Yup, it's just volume/gain automation with sharpish envelopes. Those plugins would be ideal & you could even do it in an ableton clip if that's what you're running.
