To add on to what shinyzen and will said, iirc nebula 3 could barely squeeze any gain reduction out of sound. With Alex Bs GE stuff and all of Tim Pethericks dynamic stuff you will most likely be far happier with the results of the compression.

Basically I believe this library to be antiquated and that there is better stuff for nebula out there now, this one is pretty old and things (by things i mean the hard work done by the third party developers) have improved since then.
