    Hey, folks... probably my last update. I've done just about everything suggested here, and it doesn't seem to be making a huge difference at thi point (maybe a bit - hard to tell). I guess my best course of action is to just deal with it and hope NVIDA gets their shit together before my next laptop. Thanks for all of the help.
