how do i change multiple pictures together for some settings

    rotate 10%
    add brightness 10%
    zoom out 10%

    it's called "batch conversion" or "batch processing",
    ACDSee Ultimate can do it, Affinity Photo can do it.... frankly most graphics softwares can do it
