Here is the finished short story and album made by forum members.... Big thanks to everyone who took part and gave their time and talents (names listed on the website) Wishing everyone on the forum a Mery Christmas and Peaceful Holiday !!! The reviews are already pouring in on social media: Lotta Snipes of Vital Vibes Monthly writes:" What the F is this? " This concept story album may be so bad that it almost rates as an essential listen. Some art confronts you, forcing you to examine your life and see the world in a new light. This challenging type of art not only transcends one's expectations but creates new forms of aural communication. Alien in A Jar isn't that album!" Peen Utbutter writes: "This is both smooth and crunchy. What more can i say!" Robert Scott Lazar: "I am taken by this and truly believe how important an effort Alien In A Jar will prove to be in future research into unexplained phenomena. Don't miss this opportunity to read and listen to it. It's as if everyone involved in the project had been personally abducted and spent time with our extraterrestrial visitors. I am most certainly going to reverse engineer the whole album to see how they made it." https://alieninajar.net
Great concept and some very nice tracks. Nice work on visuals too. And I gotta tell you, @Aidene's voice is very very nice! Congrats to all participants and Merry Christmas Everybody
This is quite something, and that's just the first impression. I'll take some time to read & hear it with pause. Congrats to @Aidene end everyone involved
Massive shout out and thanks to @Aidene for the Herculean effort, her patience and her brilliance. Same goes to the other collaberos! Cheers, beers and festive greets to all! Last edited: Dec 25, 2023
@Barry T What can you possibly not like about the post? The happy heart shaped rainbow with alien hands is heartfelt. You're post is weird. Could you explain? (edited version) Last edited: Dec 28, 2023
Rlly gr8! Love the tracks and the moood! well done ppl! btw, how can I be a part of the next release ?
Superb! I really loved the chillout mood. I would like to put one of my tracks in the next release too
Wonderful work ... sounds like an Enigma Album ... respect really! And the story is a fabulous mirror to what´s actual happening ...
I've been having a bit of a rubbish time over the holiday period (health issues) and while I was trawling through the forum, I came across this post. I've just taken time out to sit and read/listen to this right through. This is simply a brilliant concept with some remarkable pieces of work. The melding of the story, the artwork/webpage and the music is a perfect and from my perspective, there was not a single low point in the whole thing. I also need to give a shout-out for the"Visitor's Ambience" background track on the webpage ("for those who would like a little mood atmosphere while reading the story...") This was a nice idea and it was great to have something gentle on the ears while reading the story.......I could then settle back and listen to the full track list.... Thank you to all those involved and thank you for giving me a nice high point to help couteract the lows of the last couple of weeks....
@The Tone Gnome thank you on behalf of all the contributors to the project but more importantly I hope your health issues improve greatly and quickly! Also thank you to everyone else took the time to listen to and read the story and has posted in this thread and the one started by @SAiNT on the sister site....glad you enjoyed "Aiaj" Last edited: Dec 31, 2023
Thank you both. I appreciate it. This project truly is an aural & visual delight. I urge anyone who has not dipped in to this yet, to do so.
The best collaboration I've seen here in years! Congratulations to all involved! Amazing work Aidene!
