    I'm not a mac person. I do like to share this because i wish there was something similar for windows.

    Finally!
    Organise your Audio Units the way YOU want.

    Since the day Apple moved to the Audio Unit format users have been forced to view an illogical list of manufacturers and developers names when trying to access their plugins.
    Not anymore. Now you can organise and view your Audio Units the way you desire in Logic, Ableton and Garageband

    that's just me, but I dont think sorting plug-ins by manufacturer is "illogical"...it's actually very easy to use that way

    i have my plugins sort by "fx" "synths" "brand" etc...

    I wish i could get all my EQ on one folder though.. i guess i could do it manually. It's just a bit of extra work.

    Waves has so many plugins. It takes an extra 10-30 sec to browse or type the name of the specific one. It's easier to swap eq/comp/etc.. if they all on the same folder instead of having to look back and forth.

    *yes*

    You don't need an app to achieve that on windows;

    I have them separated ever since I started messing around. All you have to do is to get your folders organized the way you want before installation.. although you can do it afterwards, it could render some plugins not working.

    p.s. If somebody needs help on how to organize your folders, have separate partition just for audio apps and plugins, etc etc. Just hit me up.

    Glad you're having fun with Ableton, But you can't do this in Logic, that's the whole point of this app, Logic has always labelled plugins by manufacturer first, then the name of the plugin, so if you have say for instance all of the waves plugins and aren't 100% familiar with the names this helps out in such a big way.

    I just notice that you have a folder for bundles. It kinda make senses but i had trouble last time that i move my plugins from folders. I rather keep it the way it is for now.

    P.s. I hide the other pics cause they take big space <.<
    Also let me know if you notice a plugin that i should get/try! :wink:
