Windows 11 strangeness - "app needed'

    Okay, got my new laptop finally. Has Windows 11 and I'm getting some strange behavior when trying to install certain things. I'm currently trying to run the keygen for IK Multimedia ArC 3 (R2R) and I get this strange "an app is needed to run this. Should we look in MS Store?" which finds nothing. Any workaround? I really need to get this installed.

    I even get it with legit stuff, I was trying to install Source Audio Neuro Desktop and got the same message.

    Yes, but I ended up figuring it out, there was some setting in Windows 11 security I needed to turn off.

    Basically, had auto-containment turned on on the AV. Dumb oversight.
