i'm about to start looking into drum software

    i'm about to start looking into drum software again Superior drummer ...Ez drummer....

    for rock/pop genre

    is the fuss still on those two?

    is there anything better expected in the near future?

    no drum library is superior than Superior Drummer, nothing is as easy as EZ Drummer. :suicide:

    I use Toontrack pretty much exclusively but on the Kontakt front there are some things that might be the sound you want... mainly GetGoodDrums (imo). But Superior is infinitely more flexible and fundamentally mixable, and EZDrummer more out-of-the-box flexible.

    depends what you need, GetGood Drums series for Kontakt, and UJAM Virtual Drummer series are okay too
