LOVE IT!

 

This is working. However, requires activation to use it at all no form of trial access, although I guess that makes sense for a private beta version.

so the usual patching program doesn't work?

 

Ok I did something and it's unlocked now. I don't know what happened and i'm afraid to closed it and try again

I tried the latest R2R patcher and it didn't work while giving the expected "not valid" error. Then i clicked next and previous a few times and and closed the dialog and now it's working.

 

No idea how that would work. The R2R kg relies on having a modified .exe for the software as I understand it, so there shuld be no way of it working with unmodified .exe regardless of what you click nor how many times?!?!

 

I know it's not about clicking back and forth dude i just shared what happened.

All you've done by exiting the dialogue box is put Live in demo mode, you wont be able to save files or export.

"Exit live" button was the only choice and i couldn't close the dialog box before. It was just me i guess.

 

Damn i tried everything and i cant get past the auth dialogue lol.

 

just send a "record" midi signal to make the project "altered". then use the "exit live" button. it will ask you whether are you sure or not because you've been working then click "cancel" and it will unlock in demo mode.

 

I've just opened an m4l for ex https://maxforlive.com/library/device/9742/midi-solo-safe with an already opened AL12 and exit ... that also knows the trick (changes the project)
