i am not a tiktok user at all, so i do not know if you are even being serious. the overall sound of this video is poor. I can't say if it is the video, the stream from tiktok, or how i am hearing it maybe is even on purpose. Maybe you should point out some aspect of the sound you are trying to figure out. It's like lo-fi, but not on purpose; and not individual lo-fi sounds inside a otherwise nicely mixed track.

With that said, if I wanted to rough up a pristine sounding drum kit from a source like SD,EZ, types of drummer plugin source, a plugin I like for this is Nomad Factory Drum Tools. Depending on the source, settings, and sound you get from there; probably a nice eq, compressor, and then a tape saturation after it in your chain. Saturn2, Kramer Tape in Waves, or U-He Satin. The little Logic Overdrive plugin is pretty good for this kind of thing too, but only just a tiny bit.

tight, dry(ish) snare
same with kick but a nice round highs
all together with a nice glue type comp on bus
think 4k or dbx

 

You are shooting for an Eq & Loudness balance that is going to favor smaller speakers and headphones, so don't spend too much time on the boom of the kicks and snare as you are rolling most of that off, really work on a softish snap and the sound of the snare stings and mid present and clicky kick.

 

Sounds pretty mediocre to me! Choice of drum sounds would obviously be important. Choose a kit that has a rather dry sound (short decay, not much room reverb, no or very little overhead signal). Snare might be tuned down a few semitones.
