I just want to know What format highly used by members beside kontakt & sf2 format

Because I'M Trying To release my Free library ON Audiosex.pro & Audioz.eu and

so i can release my Library in Multi-Format (Multi-Libraries)

 

What about the Play & Best Service engines? and let's not forget about Wav Only?

by the way the library is all about scoring in "3 version" (horror & dark & classic) o that stuff soon it will be other sounds i will record it & share it later

I like where you are going with your library

 

Probably .SFZ would be the most 'open format', since there are many free sfz players out there as VSTi for mac&PC (Plogue sforzando, CWI TX16w, etc), a few companies use sfz or variants for their commercial stuffs too.

I'm not a great fan of Kontakt yet since the VSTi uses 70+? MB of RAM from the start, and you haven't even loaded any instruments! Though i do realize that there are many good free nki patches out there.
