So yes, as @justsomerandomdude says, I made my config backup the wrong way.
I had to completely reinstall Reaper. Luckily I had it also installed in an another computer, so I could take back some config from there.

Now, I've created a symlink to the whole Reaper C:\Users\usename\AppData\Roaming\REAPER folder to a drive which I backup once a week.

You can add them right back, Oly. At 01:32 Myk from Let's Talk About Reaper covers exactly that.
I've bookmarked the video for future use and I'd come back to it, every now and then when I forget exactly how it's done.

I forgot to say that in the way, I've learned to create my own tool bars and now I have the main one much more adapted to my needs. So sometimes sheet happens but we can go further from there.
