...great. picked up my new meds yesterday and these are a few of the side effects: blister in the mouth, on the tongue, in the vagina and irregular menstruation. so there's a chance i'm gonna get a vagina and menstruate? that's gonna kinda weird to say the least... hope i dont get as lucky as the pirate did and get pregnant as well (i double checked, pregnancy isnt one of the side-effects)

Humans used to only live about 40-50 years not that long ago.

Now they print side effect labels with considerations that women might take them too.

I understand what you mean though. I had to take a steroids after some ligament and muscle damage in my leg. Once of the side effects was that might cause facial hair and chest hair. I had that side effect before I even took the first shot, just by reading the label. At the time it made me chuckle as well.

 

I'd enjoy a vagina but I don't really want to menstruate. I'd have to pass.

 

yeah that's the one thing i am a bit worried about, will that stop when i quit the meds? i mean, that would be so freaky when i get my dick back...

So if someone tells you to go and go f*** yourself, you can just smile slyly and let them know you've just got done doing exactly that.

 

You will have a vagina without losing your dick, but, once you stop taking these meds, the vagina will disappeared, don't get too attached to it.

 

iirc that 40-50 year old age thing is misleading, it takes into account things like infant mortality and such which have gotten way better. so while yes, people live longer it wasn't like people in the middle ages got to 40 then just died. it was just the average was skewed, there was a good chance (again if my memory is correct I used to be a history nerd) if you survived childhood and war and such as a youth youd live to a normal age.

so yeah medicine has improved things a lot and a ton of other stuff, but there are plenty of people who made it past that age to get old back in the day. whether they grew vaginas or not I cannot say
