anyone help please ? when running falcon drum designer in audiogridder on mac mojave I get bad glitching and timing.

 

Thanks. On the UVI web version of Portal these show up with an option "need an older version". Most have just been replaced or bundled with something else. Others are just gone.

 

This is not a problem caused by Falcon. It's caused by your setup. Drum Designer is sample-based. Try running some Kontakt drums via Audiogridder and you will end up with similar results. You are trying to run Audiogridder and then the Falcon instance on the same machine as the DAW? Good luck.


They did add a Drum Sequencer in Falcon 3. It is the same layout as Drum Designer, but it doesn't let you click each track and work on each sample separately. You would have to change the samples by mapping them. If you load it as Drum Synthesis, you get the Euclidean Sequencer.

Anyone has UVI toy suite R2RUVI file ?

 

Anyone know how to extract a .ufs (Soundbank) file to wav? Or save a whole patch + samples? Anthology 4 for ex.

 

@mynet I think only manufacturer of this software has direct access to ufs files, but you can sample any instrument in the VSTi2 format. I once even showed here on the forum how to do it, but for security reasons I deleted this video on YouTube

 

I did exactly what's written here but it still doesn't show the soundbanks? What can be wrong?

 

Did you activate Automount, recursive and indexed. (under preference)

 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled both uviemu and falcon with windows defender off multiple times but I still keep getting "UVIEMU is not installed to this computer properly. Possibly, your anti virus software removed R2RUVI.dll from system32 directory." Whenever I checked, R2RUVI.dll was still in the right directory so I don't know whats causing the problem.

 

How do I install. I didn’t get a .dll all I got was an ico file for the workstation. I have pure synth platinum ufi file without the workstation what do I do.

Hey all, just installed the R2R Falcon 3, with a few sound banks. I can't seem to get the audition button to give me a preview of the instrument/sample. No one else seems to be having this issue, so I thought perhaps it's a user error. Any advice on a solution would appreciated.

Are you on a Mac or PC?

 

They can use it via Crossgridder on Mac, using the R2R releases.

 

I'm on PC. Nothing peculiar about the installation, and everything else seems to be working as it should.
