Trazor used to release the best Mac audio stuff, but apparently went private. There are two pages that I’ve seen that allow you to donate.
I 'bought a book', but got no feedback of any sort. Has anyone had any success with this? Is it just a scam, someone just trying it on using the Trazor name?

i didnt know he went private. Thanks for the information. i just thought he quit the scene. i am interested to know if "book buying" works. and if yes, how does it happen? maybe a small list of his stuff on these pages would have helped with me "buying a book" as well.

 

A few days ago, someone donated a coffee and got a response that Trazor will start patching some new things soon. So there might be movement on this front... we'll see.

The lack of feedback made me a bit cautious about contributing more.

 

It is 100% legit and well worth supporting, imho.

It is a bit of a risk. However, you'll see that some people have donated 1 x 5, and then later multiples of 5. The reason for this is that they have obtained some satisfaction.

There have been over 250 releases since February, the most recent being yesterday.

I can’t afford acoustic treatment, or a microphone, but I can chuck 5€ to someone who has helped me get access to something that I otherwise couldn’t afford.

You can always ignore it if you are not into it.

Has anyone who has paid, been able to download any of the new trazor stuff? cause if yes, i think theres not gonna be any argument about the legitimacy anymore.

 

What was the argument about legitimacy before, and what has changed "if yes"? Are you just asking this because seeing Dubler 2 reminded you?

Oh, people in thread above like @Deuterium's comments? that is the usual "he is selling warez" type of comment from someone who wants everything for free. "Selling Warez" for real, is people putting scene stuff on ebay, or like that one south american site that looks like Alibaba. Asking people to chip in a little money is NOT selling warez, especially if the cracker is the one asking.

The people who say that sort of stuff know they are justifying their feelings of entitlement with an excuse. I am not donating anything to him so I don't want to hear that. The mac I use for daw is 14 years old and I have more tools than I could ever need. Developers are quickly changing their minimum OS requirements so they can drop old version support.

So what is paying for Debrid ? Isn't that the same thing, since a barely usable free option is provided? He provides a free option too, apparently. It is you not getting files from him. Since obviously no-one is leaking his stuff to the public, he doesn't have to crack the same things over and over. Neither are "selling warez".

Yes, I have grabbed a few plugins (only what I really needed) there have been many releases since TRAZOR moved on from AZ.

There is a private group, Mac users get to discuss things, help each other with plugin issues, submit requests. Its a fairly cival place.

For the work/Time Trazor puts in, they deserve something back (100% it anit no scam)

He should send you a link to the private group—I can also confirm. This is them, and they're legitimate. Shoot an PM. They should respond accordingly.

 

Everyone has different taste when it comes to the methodology of certain teams. TRAZORs is particularly good at MacOS cracks. Again, different crackers have different "feels" and you'll know the difference since it's your machine. If you didn't care about team TRAZOR, then why waste your time typing these ad hominems?
