I've been looking for some good options for circus/carnival/clown sound effects and music, but I'm coming up pretty empty handed, which kind of surprises me. I assumed there would be plentiful options out there. Perhaps I'm not looking good enough.

Does anyone know of any good sample packs or VST's/Kontakt libraries that cater to clowny sounds? Extra special bonus points of appreciation if they are available over on the site of the mighty Sister.

 

To me the quintessential circus sound is the calliope. I don't know of any calliope libraries but there must be one. Now I'm curious...

zero - g has a kontakt/rex/wav thing of circus and carnival drums if that helps.

 

That is some wild Brazilian carnival stuff, that while it makes me think it would be fun as hell at times to live in Brazil, it's not quite clowny. Thanks though, the demo track for the library made it worth checking out.

 

A few things on there I can use. Thanks man. On a side note, though I'm not a follower of his music, it seems odd that Travis Scott is so linked to the circus. 70% of the loops on there under the circus and carnival searches are "travis scott style..." I didn't know he was down with the clown.
