Headphones for D&B/EDM

    Hi Guys,

    at the moment I work with closed AKG K271 Studio which is closed and not optimal for D&B as I understood.
    Could you please suggest some open headphones which would suit better for this purpose? Please some affordable ones.

    Hi man,

    What do you mean ? Dnb is fairly large as a genre by itself.
    90s dnb, jungle, liquid, neuro, ... ? If the BPM is similar, not really the case for how they are produced and for the frequency ranges they utilise.

    I'm no expert, never used your headset either, but I'd say this is probably good enough already. And if you really want to swap, I can only advise on beyerdynamic (990 for the open one).

    Within the electronic music umbrella at least, headphones are not specific to genres.
