I am trying to download a some files *not warez* from bigupload.com and everysingle time AVG comes up with a virus warning so I am having to turn it off.

Is there any downloader than can download bigupload links? Can Jdownloader do it?

I can't speak out of experience when it comes to bigupload.com (which doesn't exist here, BTW) but usually, as long as it's downloadable, JD can dl it.

 

Yes, of course. You can D/L anything with JDownloader.
You can define the JD download folder as an exception in your virus scanner. Then it is not necessary to disable the whole virus scanner when you download something in the background.
Whe you move a file to another folder, the A/V will check the file before moving ofc
