what is a good disassembler for VSTs on MAC Sonoma?

    hi, im trying to get into programming my OWN plugins but can't really find any good tutorials on how to do it on mac. so I was thinking about disassembling the plugins i have for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. how exactly would I go about doing that?
