I wonder if there are some tools out there that could be an alternative to steinberg backbone. I'm not an steinberg user and I don't like the cracked one because I consider it's invasive for the system.
I'm looking for a plugin like backbone to split a sample into diferent layers and modify it.
I hope backbone isn't a unique plugin of his kind.
If you know some alternative, please name them below.

There are so many different ways of splitting up loops, but I do not use Backbone either. Is the function you are trying to find an alternative of called "decompose" in Backbone? See if this video below shows the workflow you are after.

 

The R2R version is 100% uninvasive. 1 dll in a non system folder.
The VR version is very invasive and modifys System files.
