My fiancé gave me the uad bundle as a bday gift so I'll stick with 'em for now. I'm not a greedy person so I think 8$ for each plugin is a nice deal.

Since PA is selling almost all their plugins for $25 more than once a year, you can't even charge $20 second hand.

I bought them all last year. The only one I got for free was "The Oven" because of Pro Tools Perpetual License

The way it's set up is that, however many you buy, the transfer fee would still apply to each plugin, e.g.: twenty-two plugins at $8 apiece is $176... but with the transfer fee for each individually, that's $616 total... if that makes sense.

I'm not certain, but I know that it's possible to change your email and name, to remove your billing address and payment methods, plus deactivate all of your licenses from all machines, so switching the account over to someone else seems possible.
That's all to say that I don't know if it's "allowed" or not, but I kinda doubt they'd give anyone purchasing it any shit (if they even notice at all,) since if someone bought the account, that means they're obviously interested in PA plugins, plus that person will then be getting the emails for promos and sales, so PA wouldn't exactly be losing a potential customer in the swap.
Obviously, you could approach PA about it—they've always gotten back to me within 48hrs—or you could just try it and see if it works out, with the understanding from the buyer that it may not be legit, or even work. Either way, keep us in the loop and let us know whether or not you can transfer/sell an entire PA account, as I'm sure some people would jump at selling theirs, and others at buying one.
