I'm using FL Studio, Win 10, i7 13700k with 64 gigs of RAM and none of the new VOS plugins will load such as epicPLATE mkII or Density, Thrillseeker or BootEQ. I have no problem with anything else. What has The Braintrust to say about this odd conundrum? It's both VST 2 and 3.

 

I have this problem too. I have thousands of plugins in my DAW but the only ones that appear in Cubase's blocklist are the VoS plugins with the mention "Not a valid plug-in". My Win10 is super stable and all Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes are installed. VoS plugins are impossible to open in any other software I use (Reaper, Gig Performer, Acoustica, Plugin Doctor, Patchwork). It's weird...

EDIT (SOLVED!) I just managed to get the VoS plugins working. I extracted the System32 and SysWOW64 folders from the install.wim of a Win10 Build 19045.5968 ISO (I'm running Build 19045.4651) and simply copied and pasted to add the missing files (not replace, only add) and boom! It works! However, I have no idea at the moment which files/drivers I added made it work but I'll check that one day ; )
